PROFESSOR MATTHEW ATOBE
Professor Matthew Atobe has three decades of experience in Business Education, Vocational education, Educational Administration, Special Education and Local Government Administration. Professor Atobe has delivered capacity building programs in University of Philander Smith College, Arkansas, USA for 13 years in classroom and community based instruction. He was Director of Economic Development Center at Philander Smith College, Arkansas.
Professor Atobe has managed major projects, delivering a wide variety of programs in the United States of America. He was Youth Program Director, Care and Hope NGO, Arkansas. He also served as Case Manager for Northwest Homes providing educational programming on vocational training and conflict management. He was Director of Educational Programming in community based skills for disadvantaged groups at the Department of Education, State of Massachusetts, USA. Professor Atobe was founder of Dearborn Teens Entrepreneurs Club in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The agency empowered youths in the areas of stock trading, entrepreneurship and teen trade fair. He is a volunteer member of Brockton Neighborhood Empowerment initiatives, Massachusetts, USA.
Professor Atobe is the founder of Global Initiatives for Behavioral Transformation, Africa and Senior Partner in Beacon Consultancy Boston, Massachusetts.
In Nigeria, Professor Atobe was appointed by the National Planning Commission to participate in the drafting of Vision 20:20:20 where he served in the education committee. He was also a political strategy consultant to Presidential candidates in the 2007 and 2011 elections in Nigeria. He also delivered trainings on good governance for Good Governance Forum, Abuja.
Professor Atobe is a regular contributor to DIVIDEND – a Development Journal for Local Governments in Nigeria. He is Consultant-General of GDMI
Hassana Shaba holds a degree in Architecture from university of Jos.
Hassana is passionate about assisting the less priviledge and growing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises. She currently serves as Programme Manager.
He Holds a degree in Banking & Finance from The University of Benin, Edo State. In this capacity, he provides supervision to the Managing Director & the President/CEO of the organisation. He began his career after Serving the Country through the NYSC scheme in Pankshin LGA, Plateau State as a Computer Instructor to the LG Staff & Maintenance of the ICT Facilities. He then located to Abuja where he worked as a Front Office Supervisor and Accountant in two(2) different Hospitality Industries and also, as an Office Manager and Client Service Agents in an Construction & Engineering Companies respectively. He is a good team player with high regards and sensitivity to peoples opinions and views. Currently, he is the Account Officer in the Organisation.
